Today you will learn how rebounding for weight loss go hand in hand, and especially on a bellicon® rebounder. The model used in this video is bellicon® Classic model 100cm / 39 inch.

Part of a 10-part weight loss series, this session covers some of the some essential rebounding tips for weight loss.

First, after a gentle stretch and warm-up routine, Fayth and her assistant Paige will take you a simple march, star jumps, running and other rebounding workout techniques.

Second, you’ll learn how to keep your workouts safe. SO as well as ensuring your rebounding for weight loss routines are active, with each activity, Fayth ensures you’re aware of all the essential safety precautions you should take.

Finally, Fayth introduces some light strength-building work to support your weight loss goals. The session ends with a cool-down and some light stretching.

In short, you’ll learn the rebounding routines to help you lose weight, get ongoing advice to make sure your workout is safe and finally, some experience of rebounding with light weights for strength work.
