The Quest Test Kitchen has truly called the right play and found the best way to utilize their star player (Quest Cheese Protein Pizza). Each ingredient in greek salad pizza plays its part to perfection. Because after all, there is no I in Protein. There is an I in Protein but that’s neither here nor there. It’s a delicious snack for pre-game, halftime, overtime, whenever!

Yields: 4 servings |  Serving Size: 1/4 pizza

Calories: 198 | Protein: 15g  | Fat: 12g | Net Carb: 6g

Total Carb: 16g   | Sugar: 2g



  • 1 Quest Cheese Pizza
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp greek olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 artichoke heart, quartered
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Unwrap pizza and place it on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with tomatoes, onion, olives, feta and artichoke.
  4. Bake according to box instructions.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with fresh parsley before cutting into 4 slices and serving.
