Ingredients
PUMPKIN FETA DIP
- 8oz feta, drained
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tbsp liquid zero calorie sweetener
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Quest Pumpkin Pie Bar, chopped
Method
- Place all the ingredients (besides the Pumpkin Bar) into a food processor and blend until smooth. You will need to stop and scrape the sides from time to time.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with more fresh thyme and the chopped Pumpkin Quest Bar.
- Enjoy with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
