Ingredients

QUESTIFIED HALLOWEEN EYEBALLS

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and protein powder until doughy.
  2. Separate into 10 evenly sized balls and place them on a piece of parchment paper (they will flatten out slightly).
  3. Freeze for 1 hour. Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl over a small pot of simmeringwater, stirring occasionally until melted.
  4. Remove about 3 tablespoons of white chocolate and set it aside.
  5. Place a frozen peanut butter ball onto a fork and spoon white chocolate over it, letting the excess drip off.
  6. Place the coated peanut butter ball onto the baking sheet, add 1 Quest Coated Candy into the center.
  7. Repeat until you have coated all the peanut butter balls.
  8. Stir the red food coloring to the reserved white chocolate and then place it into a plastic zip bag and cut a small piece of the corner to make a piping bag.
  9. Make red veins coming down from the coated candy.
  10. Melt the chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and use a toothpick to make a dot in the center of the candy.
  11. Chill until solid and ready to serve.
