A good high energy providing breakfast is critical for both both healthy living as well as if you want to lose weight. Here is one easy recipe from sweet potatoes that is fairly tasty and extremely filling. So much so that you won’t feel hungry for a long time. Devoid of processed foods, this is one raw food recipe that allows you to take food as provided by nature, and at the same time enjoy the taste.

My channel focuses on raw food (uncooked, and not heated) as a healthy alternative diet. I post videos on raw food recipes. I have a journey from ill health issues that were sorted out by shifting to diet based on natural foods as provided by Mother Nature. The foods that I make are very easy for any novice to pick up. These can be made at home with very less kitchen gadgets. I am a minimalist, and follow a minimalistic style for my receipts as well. My style is of the non gourmet type, using fewer ingredients to retain the original taste of individual ingredients. I was benefitted by adopting a mostly raw food based diet during early 2018. I lost 23 lbs that is 11 kgs in my weight, got rid of type 2 diabetes, and hypertension in about 100 days of changing my diet. Both these diseases shadowed me for 18 long years. I also got rid high cholesterol, and a potential angiogram for coronary correction, which issues cropped up in 2017.
