This 35-Minute Workout Mixes Yoga, HIIT, and Strength in the Most Efficient Way Possible

Fitness

Join certified yoga instructor Christa Janine and celebrate National Yoga Month with a 35-minute HIIT yoga flow. You’ll start with 10 minutes of yoga to warm up your body and connect to your breath. Then, you’ll tackle a few HIIT circuits, which include strength moves to target muscles all over your body and cardio moves to get your heart rate up. In between the circuits, you’ll recover with mini yoga flows. Finally, you’ll release it all with a yoga cooldown that’ll leave you feeling balanced.

Sound intense? Don’t worry. There are modifications for all levels. Phillip Anderson demonstrates the advanced versions of every move, and Bianca Caceres takes you through beginner options. For this workout, you’ll need a mat and some dumbbells that are light- to medium-weight.

Don’t miss new episodes of Class Fitsugar every Sunday and Wednesday on the POPSUGAR Fitness YouTube channel.
