Is exercise “worthless” when it comes to overall energy expenditure? That could be one extreme interpretation of a recent paper by Kevin Hall and and older one by Herman Ponzer. And while they highlight that what you eat is more important than exercise for weight loss, that doesn’t mean exercise has no role.
