I Tried Therabody’s New RecoveryAir JetBoots, and I’m Never Getting Off the Couch

Therabody, the makers of Theragun massage guns, sent me the new RecoveryAir JetBoots to test out. These super-long boots zip up the entire length of your legs. They have a wireless pump integrated into the boots and fill up with air to offer pneumatic compression therapy. Basically that’s a fancy term for squeezing your legs in a delicious, amazingly relaxing way to help with muscle recovery.

What Are the Benefits of Pneumatic Compression Therapy?
