Designed by an orthopedic surgeon, it uses tension fabrics and panels to apply pressure to key areas, but don’t mistake that to mean it feels tight. If anything, I feel light compression when I’m wearing it, but it’s not restrictive and it certainly doesn’t affect my mobility.
