No two days look the same for Head Peloton Instructor Robin Arzón. On top of business meetings and photo shoots, she was recently announced as the Chief of Superior Starts at Jarrow Formulas, a leading dietary supplement brand with which she works as an accountability partner to empower the community to level up and become the best version of themselves.

On a personal level, Arzón’s training for a new hybrid race that’s part-run, part-sled push and pull, and part-burpee broad jumps, combining both strength and cardio as she’s known to do. The NYC-based fitness leader is also currently working on projects that involve new recipes in the kitchen and — no big deal — she casually learned to swim at an event she was co-hosting for charity. “When I read the brief months ago that I would be swimming, I didn’t think there could be a more apt opportunity to finally learn how to swim. So that was my big challenge,” she told PS.

If you follow her closely, then you know Arzón is dedicated to steady progress as a method of accomplishing goals, and she’s the first instructor to remind her fans that she’s right there with them, polishing off her crown to acknowledge her self-worth. But what does an everyday must have list fit for royalty look like? Luckily, Arzón was game to share hers with PS, along with the ways in which she uses each product.
