Ingredients

COATED CANDIES WATERMELON CAKE

  • 1 personal sized watermelon
  • 1 ⅓ cup 0% greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 Bag Quest Coated Candies
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Method

  1. Cut a personal watermelon in four 2” discs.
  2. Stir the yogurt and sweetener together and then smear about ⅓ cup onto each disc.
  3. Top with candies, strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Cut the circles into 4 triangles and serve.
