Method
- Add the strawberries and coconut shreds to a blender and pulse 3-5 times until small crumbles form. Transfer to a bowl.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the peanut butter for 15 seconds. Add in the oats, protein and syrup. Stir until well blended.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the bar and milk together until melted and smooth and then add to the energy ball mix. Stir until combined.
- Separate the mixture into 10 balls and roll each one in the strawberry/coconut mix. Serve.
