I’ve studied Kazuha’s and Le Sserafim’s interviews about their workout routines and here is my version of it (made it a follow along version for you!):
Jumping Jacks – 1 min
Burpees – 40 sec (x4) (Modification: Walking Burpees)
Up-Down Plank & Jump Squat set (x2): 30 sec each (Modification: Squats)
Abs Set (x3): 30 sec each
– Leg Raise & Hip Lift (Modification: Reverse Crunch)
– Single Leg Raise
– Bicycles
– Rainbow Planks (Modification: Forearm Plank)
– Side Plank Crunch
– Side Plank Crunch (switch)
This is an INTENSE cardio fat burn with a vigorous ab finisher🔥 Let’s struggle together!

When it is too hard – do the modified exercises, they are added to the most challenging exercises in the workout! You WILL SMASH IT!
