This No-Equipment Standing Core Barre Workout Can Be Done Anywhere

Get ready to sweat with fitness trainer Nikki Nie, who will be leading this 10-minute standing core barre workout joined by Nikki Keeshin and Poofy Moffitino. In this routine, you’ll start moving right away with a series of knee twists and lateral oblique knee lifts. Then get ready for some of your favorite ballet-inspired barre moves like grand battements and pliés, and to work your balance and core. You don’t need to be a dancer to do this workout, and there’s no equipment needed.
