Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Cut the zucchini into fries.
- Place the flour, garlic powder and salt into a bowl and combine.
- In another bowl whisk together the egg and hot sauce.
- In a third bowl, combine the blended chips, parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Cover each zucchini piece in the flour mixture.
- Once they are all coated, dip each one in the egg mixture and then finally then coat in chips.
- Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
- Cover with tin foil and continue to bake for another 3-5 minutes. Note: Do not use parchment paper or the fries can get soggy.
