I used dates and honey as a source of sweetness in this smoothie
So it is absolutely a healthy drink

1. Dates – 4
2. Badam – 4
3. Cashew – 2
4. Water – 1 cup/200 ml
5. Oats – 2 tbsp
6. apple – 1 full
1. பேரிச்சை – 4
2. பாதாம் – 4
3. முந்திரி – 2
4. தண்ணீர் – 1 கப்/200 மிலி
5. ஓட்ஸ் – 2 டீஸ்பூன்
6 .ஆப்பிள் – 1 முழு
1. खजूर – 4
2. बादाम – 4
3. काजू – 2
4. पानी – 1 कप/200 मिली
5. ओट्स – 2 बड़े चम्मच
6 .सेब – 1 पूर्ण
