Ingredients:

Strawberry 1 Cup
Low-fat Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Low-fat Milk 1/2 Cup
Honey 1 tbsp
Chia Seeds 2 tbsp (Soaked)

Direction:

Take a Blender jar and add Strawberry, Low-fat Yogurt, Low-fat Milk, Honey, Chia Seeds and blend it well. Now Serve it.
